Yes. All 250+ calculators are free with no time limit, no upsell prompts, no ads. We are funded by Pro subscriptions, not advertising.

What does Pro unlock?

Full access to syndrome regimens, drug dosing tables (including renal & hepatic adjustments), protocols, step-by-step procedures, decision algorithms, and the in-app source reader for cited papers.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Both plans (monthly and annual) start with a 7-day free trial. You’re charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Can I share my subscription with my team?

Yes — Apple Family Sharing is enabled. Up to 5 family members can use Pro under a single subscription.

Do you offer institutional or student pricing?
